About our products

• What materials does Orgemy use?

  We use powder-coated high-grade steel, Japanese aluminium, Red Marenti wood with a natural ingredient wood wax finish (100% food safe), White Oak, felt, cork, and leather. All materials are selected for durability, aesthetics, and sustainability. We do not use walnut.

• Where are Orgemy products made?

  Every product is designed by Aliyan Baig and manufactured in-house by our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. Some components may be sourced internationally, but all assembly and finishing is done by us.

• Are products customisable?

  Yes — all Orgemy products are fully customisable as they are manufactured in-house. Contact us at support@orgemy.com to discuss custom finishes, sizes, or corporate orders.

• Is the wood finish food safe?

  Yes. Our Red Marenti wood uses a natural ingredient wood wax finish that is 100% food safe and lab-made. It is safe for use in any environment including home offices and kitchens.

Orders & Payment

Ordering & payment

• What payment methods do you accept?

  We accept secure online payments via Safepay (Credit/Debit Cards) and direct bank transfers. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

• Will I receive an order confirmation?

  Yes. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

• Can I cancel or modify my order?

  Contact us as soon as possible at support@orgemy.com. We can modify or cancel orders before they enter production. Once in production, changes may not be possible.

• Do you offer corporate or wholesale pricing?

  Yes. We offer custom pricing for bulk and corporate orders. Email support@orgemy.com with your requirements and we’ll get back to you within one business day.

Shipping

Shipping & delivery

• How long does delivery take?

  Pakistan: 3–7 business days after processing (1–3 days). International: 7–14 business days after processing (2–7 days). Exact times depend on your location and customs clearance.

• Do you offer free shipping?

  Yes. Free shipping in Pakistan on orders over PKR 19,500. Internationally, free shipping on small items over USD 35 and large items over USD 650.

• Which carriers do you use?

  International orders ship via DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Pakistan orders use local courier partners. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

• Are customs and import duties included?

  No. For international orders, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not able to predict or cover these charges.

Returns

Returns & refunds

• What is your return policy?

  We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for a full refund or free exchange. Change-of-mind returns are accepted in original condition, with return shipping at the customer’s cost.

• My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

  Contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@orgemy.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

• How long does a refund take?

  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Affiliate Program

Affiliate & Collabs

• How do I join the affiliate program?

  Apply through our Shopify Collabs page. Create a free Collabs account, submit your application, and our team will review it within 3–5 business days.

• What commission do affiliates earn?

  10% on every completed, non-refunded sale you refer. With a 30-day cookie window, you earn even if the customer doesn’t buy on their first visit.

• When and how do I get paid?

  Commissions are calculated monthly. Once your balance reaches £50 GBP, we pay out via PayPal or bank transfer. Balances below £50 roll over to the next month.
