30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date.

No-Reason Returns

Changed your mind? No problem. You may return any item within 30 days without providing a reason. Please note:

  • Return shipping costs (from you to us) are deducted from your refund.
  • Original outbound shipping costs are also deducted from your refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will offer compensation or a replacement — whichever you prefer. To process your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video of the fault or damage

Shipping Costs

Pakistan

  • A small shipping fee applies to most orders.
  • Free shipping on orders over PKR 19,500.
  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days.

USA

  • Shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days.

Worldwide

  • Shipping is weight-based and calculated at checkout.
  • Free shipping on large items for orders over USD 650.
  • Free shipping on small items for orders over USD 35.
  • Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days.

Please note: We currently ship all international orders from Pakistan. We do not have a fulfilment centre abroad at this time.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@orgemy.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm your return request and provide the return address.
  3. Ship the item back in its original packaging.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
