Orgemy is a trading name of ErgoForge Global Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX). Products are designed by Aliyan Baig and manufactured by Furnotix SMC-Private Limited in Faisalabad, Pakistan.

By accessing orgemy.com or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

You may use orgemy.com for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit unsolicited commercial communications or spam

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen calibration and natural material variation. All products are handcrafted and may have minor natural variations — this is a feature, not a defect.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

Payment is processed securely via Safepay, Stripe, or PayPal. We do not store full card details. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orgemy is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our control. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items qualify for a full refund or free exchange. Change-of-mind returns are accepted in original, unused condition with return shipping at the customer’s cost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orgemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
